These anodized aluminum micro clam cleats are identical to the plastic micro clam cleats we sell. The difference is that the plastic cleats can slip in gusts over 30 mph. Considering that very few kayak sailors have the skills to sail in those conditions, these are going to be overkill for most people. If you are an extreme kayak sailor, though, this is what you want on your kayak.
